About Us

Est. 2006 Mercer Education Foundation

The Mercer Education Foundation was founded in 2006 by a group of dedicated Mercer residents who wanted to help the Mercer School by providing extra funds to enhance educational opportunities for its students, staff and community. Since its inception, the foundation has raised tens of thousands of dollars through fundraisers, donations and bequests from alumni and friends of the Mercer School. The foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, so all the donations are tax deductible. The funds are then used to provide educational grants for the staff, cultural field-trips, and scholarships for graduating seniors.
